in the household. A Family membership includes Mom, Dad and all dependent kids
through full time college students. Senior Citizens membership begins at age 65

The YMCA is also offering two new categories of membership. Starting in January, 2012, we will be offering a Senior Husband and Wife
Membership. The monthly cost that category will be $40.00 per month. The annual amount for Senior Husband/Wife will be
$480.00. The YMCA Board also decided to increase the age range
to qualify for any type of Senior Citizen Membership. As of January
1, 2012, patrons will need to be 65 years old to qualify for the senior citizen discount. Current senior citizen members who had qualifed under the old age determination (62 and up) will be grandfathered in and able to keep their membership at the senior citizen rate.
The second new category is actually a revamped option. The YMCA will now be offering a monthly College Student Membership instead of the semester option. The monhtly College Student membership will be $28.00 per month. To qualify, college students must be full time students. Proof of college enrollment is required.
